It came with a tag for jiire (a pre-treatment process), so I'm not sure of the exact details, but I believe it has been treated. This is Oshima Tsumugi fabric.
I'm not certain as there is no certification tag, but I believe it is genuine Oshima Tsumugi.
This is a long-term storage item. I don't think there are any stains, but I haven't cut the thread ties to check inside, so there might be some.
