◎ About the Bamboo Shoots

Rice bran is not included.

The listed items are all we have in stock, so we cannot answer questions like Do you have X kg available?.

Please understand that these are harvested by an amateur.
(The cut surfaces may not be perfectly clean.)
They are a mix of large and small sizes.
They are very tender, delicious, and have no bitterness.
(We were able to eat them without rice bran.)
We do not know the variety, but they are a variety that grows from late May to late June every year.

We harvest them daily on our property, so depending on the time of purchase, we will either ship freshly harvested ones from that morning or dig them after you purchase.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee the quality due to damage during transportation.
The cut surfaces may be damaged by the time they arrive, but they can still be eaten after trimming.
The items may arrive with soil and occasionally insects attached.
We cannot guarantee that there will be no insect-damaged parts.

They will be shipped at room temperature in a cardboard box directly via RakuRaku Mercari便.
There will be sizes smaller and larger than those shown in the photos.
We include a little extra to ensure the weight is over 5kg.

Cut surfaces are shown in photos 2 and 3.
Photo 4 shows the actual condition of the item when shipped.

Please only purchase if you understand that these are harvested by an amateur.
