Unsorted, with variations in thickness. Wood ash has been applied to the bases to prevent deterioration, please refer to the 3rd image.
As this is a natural wild vegetable, please understand that it may have minor imperfections.
After being stored in the refrigerator, it will be wrapped in newspaper and shipped at room temperature via Nekoposu. We recommend purchase for those who can receive it the next day.
Alternatively, if you inform us in the comments, we can arrange for delivery via courier with cash on delivery and cool delivery service.
To maintain freshness, the bracken has not been washed, only the dead leaves have been removed. Please understand that it may contain soil or insects.
The weight will decrease slightly during delivery due to moisture loss, so we will include a little extra.
We enjoy bracken year-round by pickling it in mentsuyu (noodle soup base), adding it to miso soup, or salting it.
We will provide simple instructions for removing the bitterness to purchasers.
