Potassium Carbonate Powder 50g (Potassium Supplement Ingredient for Aquatic Plant Cultivation, Moss Control)

Thank you for viewing!

We offer Potassium Carbonate, essential for aquatic plant cultivation. Unlike nitrogen and phosphorus, potassium is not generated within the aquarium, so it needs to be replenished through water changes or by adding it.

When dissolved in water, potassium carbonate supplies potassium ions (K?). Potassium is one of the three major nutrients for aquatic plants and plays a role in improving the efficiency of photosynthesis, supporting the transport of nutrients and water within cells, and keeping stems and leaves strong.

Potassium deficiency often manifests as yellowing along the edges of older leaves, holes appearing, and stunted growth. Potassium carbonate is used to prevent these symptoms.

[Packaging]
- Will be shipped in a zipper bag as shown in the photo.

[How to make liquid fertilizer (standard concentration)]

- Prepare 500ml of dechlorinated water (boiled and cooled water).

- Dissolve 50g of this product. (This will be a 10% solution)
* Heat is generated during dissolution, but this is not abnormal. Please shake well to dissolve.

[Estimated dosage]
- Add approximately 1mL of the prepared liquid fertilizer daily per 20L of aquarium water.
* I keep the solution in a DAISO bottle (1100mL) as shown in the photo. I refill and use an empty ADA bottle. One push is 1mL. If you use the DAISO bottle as is, one push is 5mL, so it is concentrated and needs to be diluted.
