This is a pencil sharpener purchased about 10 years ago at an antique market in Kyoto. I liked its round shape and antique feel, so I displayed it on a shelf as an object.
I tried sharpening a pencil for this listing, but it seems to be rougher than modern pencil sharpeners. Please check the last photo. Pencils are not included.
It may not be practical, but would it be suitable for someone who likes vintage aesthetics or antique collectors?
