Hakuhō-made Boy Incense Burner, Karako-himo, Three-legged, Antique Takaoka Copperware Incense Burner Stand, Cat Legs, Openwork Carving

Thank you for viewing.

This is a Boy Incense Burner and Incense Burner Stand by Hakuhou, made by Takaoka Copperware.
My grandparents displayed it in their tokonoma (alcove) for many years. It was only used as a decorative item and never as an incense burner.

The incense burner stand is a Japanese-style decorative stand made of karaki (exotic hardwood) and can also be used as a stand for incense burners or flower arrangements.
It features a distinctive design with curved legs called cat legs and openwork carving below the top surface, and can be used in tokonoma or other spaces to display vases, bonsai, incense burners, ornaments, and more.

As both items have been on display for a long time, there may be minor scratches and scuffs that are difficult to see in the images. To avoid any issues, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive or seeking perfection.

Please refrain from negotiating the price.
