White Mat White Wooden Frame Picture Frame

White wooden frame with a transparent acrylic front.

I am not an expert on picture frames.
Please understand that I may give nonsensical answers if you ask questions.
My grandmother may have used this for her artwork, but I believe it is in good condition.
There is rust on one of the metal fittings.
There is a misalignment on the front frame. All four corners have some degree of misalignment.
