Seiko Disney Wall Clock in Brown, Gold, White, Blue

Decorative Disney wall clock with musical and rotating elements. Features gold-tone hands and ornate dial accents. Rich brown wood-look frame with silver trim. Elegant blue and white face with whimsical character figures. Battery operated movement for easy use. Everything seems to work. The battery compartment is clean. But the clock does not keep time; the dials do not rotate.
