Girl’s Velvet Cold-Shoulder Dress

Beautiful ivory colored knit dress with black velvet hearts & scrolling leaves all over. Graduating sized circular silver glitter dots line some of the scrolling. Top of the chest is solid black velvet with the lower sleeves coming down to form a ruffle across the chest (pics 1&2). Skirt sticks out due to 2-layered tiers. The inner layer is a 2-tiered slip with the bottom hem having a mesh polka dotted hem. This mesh hem is about an inch longer than the top skirt so you are able to see the polka dots underneath (pics 4&5). A pretty rhinestone patent leather adjustable belt encircles the waist. Keyhole back with a single button closure. Very pretty piece in excellent condition! Sz 4.
