Seam is starting to pull in back of shorts as pictured but NOT TORN or HAVING HOLES. **One small hole on top left - pictured. Not noticeable.** Measurements are approximate Waist 11” Pit to pit approx 12.5” Waist to bottom of skirt approx 16”
