Calligraphy Dragon Paperweight, Living National Treasure, Keiten Takahashi, Dragon, Paperweight, Zodiac
Unused, but comes with the main unit only. I loved it very much, but it's a bit heavy for practical use, so I'm passing it on to someone who needs it.
This is a work by Takahashi Keiten, a Living National Treasure and holder of Important Intangible Cultural Property. While famous for his tea ceremony kettles, this is a rare paperweight for calligraphy. A dragon is stylishly depicted within the undulating clouds.
Manufacturing: Yamagata Cast Iron
Width: 17.5 cm
Depth: 4 cm
Thickness: 1 cm
Weight: 460.9 grams
