Absolutely gorgeous vintage open-heart pendant necklace. It reads on back 4310 and also 10 K as far as I can read. I don’t know what company made it. A friend told me it was Michael Anthony from HSN, but I can’t confirm it. It’s very beautiful and has 6 round brilliant diamonds. Romantic scrollwork beautifully spells out the word LOVE. 4.87 grams of gold. Excellent vintage estate condition with a stunning mirror Polish. Ready for gifting or for a gift to yourself! The chain is a box chain and is approx 18 inches long
