■ Features
The electric motor uses a premium efficiency (IE3) motor developed in-house specifically for blowers.
Furthermore, the impeller uses a thoroughly researched high-efficiency impeller to achieve high efficiency for both the motor and the blower. *Excludes 0.4kW models.
■ Development of High-Efficiency Electric Motors
The high-efficiency electric motor is an optimized product designed exclusively for electric blowers by our company. It achieves IE3 efficiency.
At 3.7kW 220V 60Hz, motor efficiency of 90.0% (at rated load) has been achieved.
■ Development of Dedicated Impeller
Using airflow analysis technology, we have developed the most efficient impeller. For the KSB-H37 (50Hz 3.7kW),
blower total pressure efficiency of 87.2% has been achieved. Noise has also been reduced by approximately 3dB(A) on average with the KSB type.
■ Installation and Connection Dimensions
The mounting, suction port, discharge port, and base (leg) mounting and connection dimensions are the same as previous models. Replacement with previous models is easy.
