Vtg Westmoreland Hen On Nest HON White Milk Glass Split Tail TOP LID Only *Crack
Westmoreland
29.00 $
Description
The product is a vintage Westmoreland dairy dish made of white milk glass in the Hen on Nest style. The top lid of the candy dish features a split tail design, measuring 4 inches in height and approximately 5 inches in width. Embossed with the Westmoreland brand, this United States-made piece is a charming addition to any collection, showcasing the classic milk glass production style. I see what are either cracks or pour folds near the lip as pictured. Feels structurally sound, paint is great, and great for a stack of books vignette No chips. No MAJOR cracks otherwise. However, I see seams, strawmarks and bubble inclusions typical with the manufacturing of pressed glass.
