When You Wish Upon a Star (Harp Solo, Arranged by Michael Rado)

This is a solo harp score for the grand harp (pedal harp) of the timeless masterpiece When You Wish Upon a Star, the theme song from Disney's enduring classic Pinocchio, loved worldwide.

The original song, composed by Leigh Harline, has been arranged for solo harp by Michael Rado, a renowned harpist and arranger. While preserving the original's magical and warm atmosphere, this beautiful arrangement for intermediate players skillfully utilizes harp techniques such as arpeggios and glissandos.

The score is published by Vanderbilt Music Company as part of their Vanderbilt Editions, a highly reputable publisher specializing in harp music. The included score images show that many pedal changes (C♯, D♯, E♯, etc.) are required, allowing harpists to imagine the delicate and rich sound.

This score is highly recommended for those looking to add a classic pop song to their harp repertoire or for those seeking a piece to perform at events like weddings.
