This is a long umbrella that my husband bought a long time ago and kept stored without ever using it.
It is new and has been dormant for many years. I cannot find any particular deterioration, but as this is a personal inspection, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned or sensitive.
As it was stored upright in a closet, the tip may have a slight scratch.
Also, if I had to point out anything, the white part of the cover might not be perfectly white.
Please understand that there may be other overlooked details.
However, the white part of the umbrella itself is pure white.
I believe this is quite a rare umbrella.
It feels very sturdy and well-made.
