Uppers: The navy pebble grain leather is in excellent shape with light, normal creasing across the vamps. No major scuffs, cuts, or deep scratches. The grain texture remains crisp.  Insoles/Interior: Very clean interior lining with the signature diamond-quilted heel pads intact and the John Lobb branding clearly legible. Model details (ELMER 7 1/2 E 8695 B) are handwritten inside the shaft as standard for the brand.  Outsoles & Heels: The leather outsoles show significant surface wear, scuffing, and thinning consistent with regular use. The original Goodyear welt stitching is intact. The heels show normal wear on the rubber top lifts but remain structurally sound. Note: While completely wearable as-is, the next owner may want to add a rubber sole protector or have a cobbler resole them down the line to extend their life.   Wdr
