Wet Seal y2k/90’s Whimsigoth Women's Velvet Long Bell Sleeve With Suede Trim

Vintage 2000’s Wet Seal dark purplish red velvet top with flowing bell sleeves. Perfect for a casual y2k witchy look with some low rise jeans or pairs well with a maxi skirt for a Stevie Nicks inspired look. Features a V-neck with stitched suede trim. Soft velvet fabric for a luxe, comfortable feel.  Tag says small, but due to its stretchy and loose nature, could easily fit a medium.  I did have to restitch a small portion of the suede trim (last picture) but it’s unnoticeable from a distance.
