Unbranded Vintage Ceramic Squirrel Salt and Pepper Shakers Pair Figural Novelty Woodland

Vintage pair of figural ceramic salt and pepper shakers modeled as two little seated squirrels with big bushy curled tails, hand glazed in a graduated rust orange to cream with tiny painted eyes and nose. Each squirrel has shaker holes on top and a stopper hole on the underside, so they are a working salt and pepper set, not just figurines. A sweet woodland and cottage kitchen accent or a fun piece for a squirrel collector. Each is about 2 inches tall. Pre-owned in good vintage condition, both intact with glossy glaze, and please note light surface wear and that the stoppers are not shown, so the set may need new corks. No maker mark is legible, so they are offered unmarked. Sold as the pair of shakers shown.
