Beautiful Vintage Bohemian or Venetian Glass Decanter In Blue

This is a vintage Bohemian or Venetian glass decanter (missing its original stopper), featuring a striking aqua blue or cobalt blue body with detailed 24k gilded gold floral overlay. Key Characteristics Origin: These sets were popular mid-century imports widely manufactured in the Venetian (Murano, Italy) or Bohemian (Czech Republic) glass-making traditions. Design Pattern: It showcases a classical Tre Fuochi or Moriage-style pattern consisting of heavy hand-painted gold scrolls, bands, and roses around the bulbous base. Function: While it functions elegantly as a standalone decorative vase, it originally belonged to a table service set that included a matching teardrop-shaped glass stopper and small cordial glasses. However, in this offering the original stopper was not found with the piece nor were any glasses. This piece is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. The gold is in excellent condition with no signs of scratches or wear around the body. The top is also lined with 24kt gold. I cannot tell if there is any wear or if it was painted like that. I can say that it does not affect the appearance or presentation of the piece. It is still very pretty without it. It measures about 11 1/4 inches tall and about 14 inches around the middle. In the last picture if you look closely there is a small air bubble from manufacturing. It does not affect the presentation of the piece. Reference: Kitchen Brown Cupboard #3
