A booster is an item that is attached to your existing mouthpiece with the aim of enhancing sound changes and functionality. It can be attached to mouthpieces with standard shank and cup shapes, such as Yamaha and Bach standard series. It cannot be attached to heavy type mouthpieces like Bach Megatone mouthpieces or other specially shaped mouthpieces. It may also not be compatible with unbranded or custom-made mouthpieces. It can be set simply by inserting it into the shank. The energy of the vibrations generated by the player's lips is gradually lost as it passes through the mouthpiece and leadpipe. The booster is an item that adjusts the frequency reduction in a natural way by affecting the stability of the mouthpiece, allowing that energy to be maximized where it is needed (i.e., near the bell).
It has been used only a few times.
Thank you for your consideration.
