Own a little piece of NYC History! This Louis Vuittion Cotteville Monogram Briefcase, once carried by an executive for The Bank of New York, could now be yours! Classic LV Monogram coated canvas with embossed leather trim, brass fittings and a rolled handle. Interior is lined in leather with push lock brass closure. When you pop the locks open, one snaps open and the other one you have to manually lift. One brass corner is missing and damaged. Our best estimate is that this briefcase was purchased sometime in the mid to late 1970's. Because of the earlier make of this item, there are no date codes or serial numbers, since those were not added by Louis Vuitton until 1982. Carry it, display it, gift it, use it as decor or just stare at this very cool Louis Vuitton piece as the proud new owner.
