Price reductions are only applicable to sets.

The case shipped may differ from the one shown in the product photos.

If purchasing only one item, we can replace it with a tall case for an additional 50 yen if requested in the comments section.

For sets of two, the tall case shown in the photos will not be included to fit within size limits.
For set sales, if you do not request the jacket at the time of purchase, we will ship only the disc without the jacket.
We generally pack items immediately after purchase, so we cannot accommodate requests for jackets afterward. Please understand. If you wish to add a jacket later, we can create a separate product page for you at 600 yen including shipping.

If the product can be shipped via Yu-Packet Post Mini with a dedicated bag, we will not be able to use bubble wrap due to size constraints. We will use a minimum plastic bag for water damage protection. This also applies to Neko-Pos shipping.
Please consider the tall case or rental case itself as a substitute for bubble wrap.

If multiple items are purchased from separate listings, they will be consolidated into a single transaction on one of the product pages. The remaining pages will be marked as shipping method undecided and shipped. If items are purchased together without a price reduction, we will proceed with the transaction assuming no further discount is necessary.
Even if purchased separately, items will be shipped together, and tall cases will not be included.

We have many items for sale and cannot play-test all of them. Therefore, even if a purchased item has playback issues or is unplayable, please understand that it is a rental item. Rental items cannot be returned or exchanged, just like in regular stores. Please ensure you understand this before purchasing.
As these are rental items, please accept any damage to the disc itself, noise, playback skipping, or fading, damage, or tears to the jacket or case.
Playback is not guaranteed on all devices.

Please do not purchase if you are sensitive to these issues.
Please purchase only if you understand that these are rental items. Some tall cases may also have been used as rental cases, so please expect them to be in poor condition. There may be跡 of price tags. We may reuse rental cases, so they may have stickers from other titles.
