PC Engine IFU-30 CD-ROM2 Junk Item

PC Engine CD-ROM2 with Interface Unit.

Hue Card games boot up, but the CD-ROM2 powers on, but the disc does not spin. (Upon checking, it initially booted without issue, but the disc stopped spinning midway. This is likely due to a broken drive gear, a common issue with the CD-ROM2. Replacement gears are available online, so it should boot up fine after replacement.
