Nikon DW-3 Waist Level Finder for Nikon F3

Nikon DW-3, price negotiable.
This is a waist-level finder exclusively for the legendary Nikon F3.
The main body appears to have no major dirt on the inside.
Dirt can be seen on the inside of the ground glass.
The box appears to have condensed and has mold, so its condition is quite poor.
We would appreciate it if you could judge the condition from the photos.
