Sekonic L-28C Light Meter with Copy of Instruction Manual

Sekonic L-28C Light Meter with Instruction Manual.
Received from a relative who had a camera.
It's completely analog, and the dials feel like precision instruments, making it a very cool item.
This would be a good match for someone starting out with a fully manual film camera.

I have confirmed that it is working and appears to be accurate, but this is a non-expert check, so I have not been able to perform detailed verification.

The instruction manual is a copy.
