Heckel Vocal (for Contrabassoon)

This is a Heckel contrabassoon bocal, model C2. (Purchased in September 2019)
(It is a used item in near-new condition.)
The material is hard German silver with silver plating.

Compared to softer materials, it produces a more resonant and solid tone, making it more suitable for orchestral performance than chamber music.

Contrabassoon bocals come in types C1 and C2, both of which are standard. I believe C1 is around 442Hz and C2 is around 440Hz.

The retail price is estimated to be around ¥250,000 - ¥300,000 (tax included).
This item has had only one owner.

There are no noticeable scratches, dents, or cracks; it is in normal usable condition.

[Included Accessories]
A bocal case for contrabassoon made by KÖLBL (Germany) is included.
It can store two contrabassoon bocals.
The retail price is estimated to be around ¥13,000 (tax included).
