Silk crepe obiage in red with silver foil accents, inspired by Maiko style.

This is a silk chirimen obiage (sash accessory).
The base color is red, with a wave pattern foil stamped on it.
It is likely the same type worn by maiko and geiko in Kyoto.

It has not been worn, so it is in beautiful condition with almost no foil peeling.
We believe it would pair well with elegant kimonos such as those worn for Japanese dance (hikizuri), furisode, and houmongi.
