Unknown Glass Art Vase White Clear and Blue

Previously owned art glass vase. This piece is white, clear, and blue with large bubbles. The bottom is clear and does not have a signature. The vase is approximately 11” tall by 1 3/4” mouth of vase and base is 3 1/2” in diameter. Please note that all my items are not new and are considered “preloved” vintage. This means that they may have some wear and imperfections. I try to recycle boxes and packing material whenever I can in an effort to be green.
