Selling due to retirement from mini-boat ownership.

This is a reel for winding up anchor ropes for boats.
It prevents anchor ropes from becoming tangled and is convenient for deploying and retrieving anchors.
The central handle part is movable, allowing you to easily wind up the rope by turning the handle.
It can also be used for storing cables and other items besides boat equipment.
