Rothy's Rothy's Kids Mary Jane Kitty Cat (RUNS SMALL)

Rothy's Kids Tux Bow Mary Jane Kitty Cat shoes. Reposhing this item I purchased from @paulinacampo618. My daughter loved them, but they run a size small, so she never wore them outside the house! (She did run around the house with them to try them out before she decided they were too small.)
