Koito Navigation Light, Port Light, Junk Item

I am listing this item because I replaced the LEDs.
The port light (red) does not light up. I believe the bulb is burnt out, but I couldn't remove it, so it is being sold as junk.

The starboard light (green) was successfully tested for lighting.

Thank you.
