Source Unknown Heavy lead Crystal Bud Vase blocky Rectangular Shape glass flower vase block

This Heavy Crystal Bud Vase features a rectangular shape with a clear color and a Mid-Century Modern style. I don't know the make or model of the space. If you can identify it please leave me a comment. My irises are huge so the vase may look smaller than it is
