Vintage Polly Flinders Smocked White Ruffle Dress. Toddler girl size 3T. Long sleeve white dress with navy blue polka dots. Smocking and embroidered flowers on the chest. Lace lined peter pan collar. Ribbon bows and ruffles, too! Buttons and a sash to tie a bow in the back. Tiny spots at hem and some yellowing at cuffs from worn out elastics (see photos; untreated).
