Strength 2-stroke engine outboard motor, used.
The engine starts and fires, but...

This was purchased from an acquaintance who said it was usable, but the primary pump was damaged and has been replaced with a new one.
Along with that, two fuel hoses and a fuel filter have also been replaced with new ones.
After replacing the above, the propeller part stopped rotating. I started to disassemble it, but I don't have much knowledge, so I loosened and retightened the screws. I am listing this as a junk item.
The carburetor has not been touched.
The air cleaner sponge is missing.
The propeller has been removed. [2 propeller stop pins]
