Winross Winross 1993 PSATS Tractor Trailer w/ Case Backhoe Loader 1/225 LE Diecast

Vintage 1993 Winross 1/64 scale diecast tractor-trailer, made for the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS). This is a Limited Edition piece, numbered 1 of 225, complete with the original Winross box and inner packaging. The tractor cab is finished in dark brown metallic with PSATS lettering and the Pennsylvania state coat of arms on the door. The flatbed trailer carries a separate Case-style backhoe loader casting in tan with working front loader arms and rear backhoe boom, plus a wooden 1993 PSATS keystone-shaped plaque mounted on the bed. Winross trucks were hand-built in Rochester, NY, and used as promotional and association pieces rather than retail toys, making numbered editions like this one genuinely scarce. A great piece for Winross collectors, PA municipal government collectors, or diecast construction equipment collectors alike. Light handling wear consistent with age; please review photos closely for full condition details.
