This fun party dress has all the bells and whistles. Lovingly hand smocked on our signature dot print, with matching hand embroidery along the flutter sleeves. This dress is also completely lined with a full slip. To top it all off it is preshrunk and fully machine washable for easy cleanup.  some subtle marks on the front skirt, not very noticeable with the pleating and pattern. As shown in photos. Otherwise very good condition.
