Preowned, vintage Norma Kamali high brim 'Cossack' style hat, likely made in the early 1990s. Made from black velvet, it features a high brim in front that crosses down to the back. It's fully-lined in black satin fabric.  A wonderful and high fashion style piece that's perfect for elevating your look!  Made in the USA. Dry clean only. Tagged size S. Best fits a head that's 22in or smaller. Front brim height is approximately 5in.  Preowned/vintage (30+ years old) with some signs of age, use and prior wear: some rubs here and there to the velvet, most hard to see when wearing but evident if inspecting closely. Would benefit from a professional dry clean and press.
