Vintage Panda Trumpet Wind-Up Musical Figurine Spins‎ Plays Melody 1980s Japan

Wind him up. Watch him spin. This vintage porcelain panda sits upright on a white cylindrical base decorated with gold instrument motifs, trumpet raised to his lips like he's mid-performance and fully committed. He's substantial — nearly 7 inches tall — with gorgeous painted detail: textured fur, warm gold-toned horn, expressive dark eyes. The kind of piece that earns a shelf of its own. The wind-up mechanism is fully functional. He rotates smoothly while playing a sweet melody — no batteries, no cords, just a satisfying little key-turn and he's off. Excellent condition, no chips, no cracks. A perfect find for the panda lover, the vintage music collector, or anyone who believes a good shelf should have at least one thing on it that actually plays something. Every piece has a past. Find yours. — Sarah / The Storied House Co.
