VINTAGE LONGABERGER 1989 JW COLLECTION BANKERS WASTE BASKET  Description: Handcrafted in 1989 as part of Longaberger's exclusive J.W. Collection, this iconic waste basket is woven from authentic maple wood strips by skilled artisans in Dresden, Ohio. Distinguished by its swinging handle and traditional waste basket silhouette, the piece features a brass JW Collection edition tag on the rim. Authenticity is marked by the weaver's initials and date burned into the base.  Details & Condition:  * Dimensions: Approx. 12.5″ diameter × 13.5″ tall (without handle)  * Construction: Durable maple wood weave, cast with the Longaberger logo and artisan signature  * Condition: Very good vintage condition; structurally sound but with a small chip on the handle and lower front wood discoloration—see final photos for specifics. Does not contain the inner plastic liner.  Background: The J.W. Collection, produced annually from 1983 to 1994, celebrated the founder of the Longaberger Company. These baskets were limited-edition and quickly became collectors' pieces
