Put a little black marker on it  Small blue mark on side of face. Color matches eyes. Could be how it was made.  Scuff over eye.  See pictures.  Made for kids. Only holds a light weight item.  With back spring, nothing on it. Eyes in center. Weight of item, pulling down hook, eyes go to a down pose and tongue shows. Happy look.  Whimsical and cute. Fun for adults too.
