Hongsanae 3D Specimen
This is a specimen of *Stylurus horishanus* collected this season.
This is a *Sanae* dragonfly with a unique form, found in the middle reaches of rivers during early summer, around May and June. It seems to have been named the standard species of *Sanae* dragonfly, but its distribution within Japan is localized, and it is a dragonfly with a stout, strangely styled body.

*It is difficult to preserve the eye color of *Sanae* dragonflies, so the eyes have been painted from the back.
*Internal organs have been treated.
