This is a Quince Burl Lead Case from Tree Life.
I purchased it for around 5,000 yen and have kept it stored in a dark place with 0.7mm lead inside. As a bonus, I will also include 0.7mm lead. Please let me know if you do not need it.
It features ebony wood on both ends, giving it a luxurious and cool appearance.
