This is a refill lead for mechanical pencils from the pre-war era (early Showa period) from a now-defunct manufacturer that was located in Tokyo. (Although there is no manufacturer label, this is part of a lot of Shimizu Seisakusho PARLIAMENT products purchased in the past.) ■ [Condition] Shows signs of age.
