【Ink Included】WATERMAN Expert Essential Fountain Pen CT F

This is a Waterman matte black fountain pen. I purchased it new at a department store two and a half years ago, but I'm selling it because I rarely have the opportunity to use it.
A Waterman blue-black ink cartridge (about 70% remaining) is also included.
