These are DIY parts for fixing 2x4 lumber vertically to create posts.
To simply erect posts, no complex procedures or special tools are required.
They can be easily installed as they are securely fixed using the force of a jack.

Imitation and plagiarism are prohibited.
Adjusters with only an upper part have existed for a while, but I considered how those without an 8mm drill could manage, and thus conceived and created the lower part. I am the one who came up with the drill-free type.

DIY Storage Parts

Washers have been added between the upper hex and the wood. This addition provides stability and acts as a lock nut.
Therefore, during the upper assembly, please insert the washer onto the bolt before inserting it into the hole.

Assembly
The product will be shipped disassembled. As shown in photo 3, insert the washer into the bolt and lightly tighten it (do not overtighten). Then insert the wood, followed by a washer, nut, nut, and washer in that order, and tighten the upper part with the nut.

Installation Method
① Cut the 2x4 lumber that will serve as the post to a length approximately 80mm shorter than the installation height.
② Screw the lower part of the adjuster to the top of the 2x4 cut in ①. (Photo 4)
③ Insert the threaded side of the upper adjuster into the hole drilled in the post from ②.
④ Once positioned in the installation location, stand it vertically (use a level). The post can be tensioned by turning the lower nut clockwise with a wrench.
〇 Please sandwich the scratch-resistant sheets between the floor/ceiling and the post/adjuster at the bottom. Attaching them with double-sided tape is easy.
Required Tools
〇 13mm wrench or monkey wrench, or other tool to turn the nut
〇 Electric drill, impact driver, or Phillips screwdriver
〇 Saw (You can also have it cut at a home improvement store)
〇 Level (There are also apps available.)
