[2026 Latest Model | Brushless Motor for 50% Less Vibration & Quiet Operation] Features an industry-leading high-efficiency brushless motor. Compared to previous models, it has significantly less wear, approximately double the lifespan, and up to 50% less power consumption. Furthermore, its unique anti-vibration structure reduces vibration by up to 50%, easing the burden on your hands and arms during prolonged logging or high-altitude work for comfortable operation.
[Safety Chain Brake + Large Discharge Port | Peace of Mind in Emergencies & Easy Maintenance] The safety chain brake is a safety device that instantly stops the chain within 0.1 seconds upon detecting kickback (recoil), the most dangerous phenomenon during chainsaw use. It also features a large discharge port, approximately 40% larger than previous models. This smoothly expels the large amount of sawdust generated during cutting, thoroughly preventing clogging of the chain and guide bar. Regular maintenance also extends the chainsaw's lifespan. [If the chainsaw does not start after attaching the battery, please check if the guard brake is in the protective position. It cannot start when in the protective position. Please be aware of this in advance.]
[18V Battery Compatible & Tool-Free Tension Adjustment | Excellent Cost Performance] In addition to the included dedicated battery, many professional users can use their existing Makita 18V compatible batteries (BL1820b / BL1830b / BL1840b / BL1850b / BL1860b) as is. This eliminates the need for additional battery purchases, making it economical. Chain tension can be easily adjusted by simply turning a dial without the need for tools. By setting the optimal tension according to the wood hardness and cutting angle, cutting accuracy improves and premature chain wear is prevented.
[12-inch Guide Bar | Automatic Oiling + Oil Level Window | Cuts Through Thick Logs Effortlessly] Features a hardened, high-durability chain that easily cuts through thick logs and branches up to 350mm (12 inches) in diameter. The automatic oiling function continuously supplies the optimal amount of oil while the chain is rotating, reducing friction and maintaining sharpness for extended periods. Oiling is as simple as filling the tank with lubricant; no button operation is required. Additionally, a transparent oil level window is located on the side of the unit. The tank capacity is approximately 100ml, allowing for about 30 minutes of continuous operation on a single fill.
