Unused, stored item purchased at Tokyu Hands. 9-step rope escape ladder with all hardware. Disaster prevention supplies.

This is a 9-step rope ladder with wooden steps, purchased from Tokyu Hands for emergency use. As it is an unused stored item, the metal fittings and rope are in excellent condition, making it a highly reliable item for disaster preparedness. It features a sturdy, thick three-strand rope, a heavy-duty carabiner hook, and shackle fittings, designed for strength during emergencies. This model was sold for emergency escape from the second floor of detached houses and apartment buildings, and its original price at Tokyu Hands was ￥21,000.

Although it has been stored for some time, the white rope is still beautiful, and it is in excellent condition with no signs of use. The wooden steps have a non-slip, easy-to-grip shape and high tread strength, offering a quality befitting a disaster preparedness item, unlike typical toy rope ladders. The metal fittings are designed for practical strength and offer excellent operability for quick attachment in an emergency.

It has been unfolded once to confirm its condition so it can be used immediately when needed. It was stored indoors, not outdoors, so there is no fraying of the rope or rust on the metal fittings. It is in a clean condition, to be considered as an unused stored item. Disaster preparedness items can be difficult to obtain when needed, so this can be useful as a preparation for emergencies.
