This is a new type of Belka fabric stretcher with a dark orange outer bag.
I purchased it about a year ago for training purposes.
It has only been used about 10 times for practice on a bed.
There is no damage to the fabric or straps.
The black discoloration on the lower back part is not due to scuffing.
It is due to color transfer from other fabrics when the stretcher was stored rolled up without its outer bag.
The outer bag has some black marker stains.
The yellow straps have only a very slight black discoloration.
