This is a Facil premium防災ずきん (disaster prevention hood) for elementary school students (red), certified by the Japan Disaster Prevention Association.

It was purchased 3 years ago for use at a nursery school.

It was usually stored on a shelf in the classroom and seems to have been used only during disaster drills, so the frequency of use is low.

I believe the thickness of the cushioning is unchanged, but there is some light fading and discoloration.

?? The name label inside has been used, so it has been peeled off. A slight trace of the peeling remains (see photo 5).

?? As it will be shipped folded after waterproofing, there is a possibility of creases forming (see photo 6).
